We are tired of women being overlooked, leaving due to the lack of recognition, and industry leadership with a lack of diversity. We understand our own career progression will affect the next generation of women.

In this program senior industry leaders sponsor high-potential women by providing tactical counsel, access to proser networks and advocating on their behalf, gaining them access and exposure to high profile projects and promotional opportunities.
